Therapy to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
Do you ever feel deeply affected by your environment, emotions, or relationships? Sensitive people often carry what isn’t theirs—absorbing others’ emotions, expectations, and even shame. If you grew up in a family, community, or system where you had to adapt to feel safe or accepted, you may now struggle to trust your own voice or needs.
Some of the people I work with describe feeling “too much,” while others feel numb or detached from themselves. You might spend a lot of time in your head, analyzing what you feel but rarely finding relief—or you may move through life on autopilot, disconnected from your body’s cues or inner calm. Both are natural responses to experiences that taught the body it wasn’t safe to fully feel or rest.
I’m Becca, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I support individuals healing from complex trauma, emotional neglect, and controlling or rigid environments that shaped their sense of self and belonging. If you’ve had to be strong for too long, I can help—whether you feel everything too intensely or nothing at all.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based—grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Integrating EMDR and nervous system regulation, I help you uncover meaning in your patterns, heal attachment wounds, and reconnect with your inherent resilience. Our work supports you in rebuilding self-trust, authenticity, and a deep sense of belonging—both within yourself and in your relationships.
“You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress, simultaneously.”
“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.”
